Funding Types

Clients are welcome at Oh Hello who currently have no funding options in place and wish to pay for their child’s speech pathology treatment via a private EFTPOS payment or cash payment. Payment is required at the time of consultation.

Your private health insurance may have cover for Speech Pathology.
The item codes for Speech Pathology are 330 and 350.

A GP Management Plan entitles the client to receive up to 5 discounted sessions Speech Pathology per 12 month period. For an exact indication of rebate rate, please contact Medicare for further information.

Clients who have funding through the NDIS scheme are also welcome at Oh Hello Speech Pathology.
If a client’s plan is self managed then EFTPOS payment is usually required at the time of consultation (unless sessions are held at school in which case an electronic invoice will be issued to parents or in exceptional circumstances).
If a client’s plan is managed by a Third Party organisation, an invoice will be sent electronically to the Third Party organisation and no EFTPOS payment is required at the time of consultation.
Payment Options
Payment of services is required at the time of appointment for private, Medicare and self-managed NDIS plans. An invoice will be provided to NDIS plan managers for payment.
Eftpos facilities are available.
Please note we are unable to see NDIS- managed clients.
